Oscar Inspired Wedding Fashion

Who doesn't love this year's Oscar's best dressed? The gowns on the red carpet 2013 were stunning! I love that we are seeing the trend of the white, blush, and nude colored dresses this year. The gowns these ladies were rocking are going to go a long way to inspire the bridal fashion for the upcoming year.

One of my favorite looks was on Zoe Saldana who was wearing Alexis Mabille Couture. Isn't that train just incredible? And the detail in the bodice is so intricate! I'm in love.

...And then there's Ms. Lawrence. Oh. My. Word. Our newest Best Actress looked simply beyond belief in this Dior Haute Couture gown. Jennifer looked ravishing on the red carpet. Everything from the dress, to her incredible diamond earrings and necklace, too her feminine makeup to her hair style were radiant. She owned the show. Somebody needs to give her stylist a raise! Brides, take note. This is the look to show your hair and makeup artists on your wedding day.

Who couldn't help but notice this stunning Oscar DeLa Renta number seen on Best Supporting Actress nominee Amy Adams? I love that she pulled off this incredible train. Trains are in, ladies! And so are grey gowns. Why not think outside the box and go for a grey wedding gown? When it's done as beautifully as Oscar does it, who wouldn't?!

Check out this drop dead gorgeous woman! Charlize Theron has such an amazing natural beauty that she doesn't need an over the top dress, hair or makeup to be stunning. Here's another bridal look to emulate. And the short hair! I LOVE it! It makes me want to cut my hair short like that again. Although, no one pulls it off quite like Ms. Theron. But you know who comes close?

...Anne Hathaway! Who by the way, hands down, totally, completely deserved the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress. So glad she won! Her performance in Les Miserables brought tears to my eyes and shock and disbelief that there could be a voice as beautiful as hers on this earth. She actually cut her hair short for the movie. Who knew she could totally pull it off?! Love this open back on the gorgeous pink Prada gown. Open backs are definitely on trend with the most current wedding fashion.

I hope you all enjoyed this year's Oscar fashion as much as I did! Can't wait to see how this year's Brides were inspired!
