In the movie Sabrina, Audrey Hepburn wore this stunning gown that was designed by Edith Head. Edith went on to win an Academy Award for the costumes in Sabrina, and it's no wonder why! This ball gown is one of my personal favorite gowns to ever grace the presence of film. It is a strapless column dress with a detachable train... and isn't it just gorgeous? It's a perfect match for the dynamite woman who wore it and would influence women and fashion for generations to come.
